Whats Covered?
If you or your patient are not fully satisfied with the work delivered to you, Empson Lab. Will within 30 days from the day of the delivery repair, adjust, change or remake it to your satisfaction with no additional charge. (We will charge for remake when the original prescription has been changed or a request for new models or impressions on the original case has been refused. We will also charge when instructed to “do the best you can”, and a remake is necessary). Note: If for some unnusual circumstance a second remake is required, there will be a full charge.
What Is Not Covered?
- Repairs resulting from accidents, neglect, abuse, failure of supportive tissue structures, improper adjustments or improper dental hygiene. - Repairs, relines, implant, inmediate dentures, inmediate partials and appliances partially fabricated or completely fabricated by another lab other than Empson Lab. We are proud to guarantee our work free of defect for a period of one year from the date of delivery.
